Job Search OS is a done-for-you job search system by RIZZUME, delivered in three phases: Positioning (resume and LinkedIn), Proof (a web portfolio), and Networking (applications, cover letters, and outreach). Instead of you juggling tools and templates on your own, real people handle each part of the process for you.

You can purchase any phase individually, or the full Job Search OS bundle. That said, the phases are designed to work together: Phase 1 gets you past the initial filter, Phase 2 makes you memorable, and Phase 3 gets you in front of the right people. Most of the impact comes from running all three together.

Real people, not AI. A dedicated Content Writer handles Phase 1, a Professional Portfolio Designer handles Phase 2, and our Junior Content Writers handle Phase 3, including cover letters, applications, and outreach. Everything is reviewed and approved by you before it goes out.

No. We're not a recruitment agency or staffing firm, and we don't place candidates. We build your positioning, your proof of work, and put you in front of the right people through applications and outreach. The interview and hiring decision is always between you and the employer.

Yes, once fully paid for, the deliverables are yours to use. Where the portfolio is built on a third-party platform, your ongoing access is subject to that platform's own terms, and we'll hand over source files or access as part of your deliverables.

A referral from someone the hiring manager trusts changes the odds dramatically, which is why this phase is built to put you in the top 3% of applicants, not just another resume in the pile.

It's more common than you'd think, and often mutually beneficial. Most companies pay their own employees a referral bonus for a successful hire, so the person you're reaching out to isn't just doing you a favour, they're often financially motivated to refer good candidates. We handle this outreach on your behalf, professionally and without it feeling like a big ask.

No. Job Search OS is an effort-and-deliverables service, we commit to executing the agreed scope professionally and diligently, but we can't guarantee interviews, offers, or a job, since that depends on factors outside our control like market conditions and employer decisions.  Think of it like a college degree: no college hands you a written guarantee that you'll get a job after graduating, but it puts you in a far stronger position to get one. Job Search OS works the same way, we equip you to compete and stand out, the outcome still depends on you and the market.

If you buy the full bundle, payment is split across the phases: 15% before Phase 1 begins, 30% before Phase 2, and 55% before Phase 3. If you buy a single phase on its own, it's payable in full before work begins.

UPI, bank transfer, and third-party payment links. We don't store your full card or bank details directly, that's handled by our payment processors.

You can cancel and receive a full refund before work on a phase has started. Once work on a phase has begun, fees for that phase are generally non-refundable, since that reflects time and effort already invested. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Your resume, application data, and any information you share with us is treated as confidential and is only used or shared as needed to deliver the service, for example, submitting applications on your behalf or using tools like Google Workspace. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 each include one round of revisions as standard. If something doesn't reflect what we agreed on, tell us and we'll work with you to fix it within the agreed scope.
