Delete your account
You can ask us to permanently delete your RIZZUME account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, uploaded resumes, review results, skill suggestions, and credit balance.
How to request deletion
- Send a request from your registered email address to support@rizzu.me with the subject "Delete my account", or use our contact form.
- We verify the request comes from the account owner.
- Your account and associated data are deleted within 7 working days, and we confirm by email.
Purchase and invoice records may be retained where required by tax and accounting law. See our privacy policy for full details.
